I’m a writer, speaker and consultant on work, wellness and purpose driven business.

I burned out majorly in my 20s, and took a step back to think about what I really wanted. I stopped working five days a week and trained as a yoga teacher, as I’d found yoga to be such a useful tool for stress and mental health.

I’ve stopped teaching yoga now, but I’m really fascinated by the wellness industry, how it works, and why wellness is such a big part of our lives. I love all things wellness but I am aware it has a bad side too - that nuance is what I explore in my podcast Selfie Development.

Now I work for myself I’m really interested in productivity without burning out. I work part time so it’s important to get stuff done and then switch off - and mindful productivity is something I’m always learning more about.

I love telling stories about wellbeing and creativity, especially demystifying and simplifying things and finding ways to connect with other people.

In my business, I aim to build an accessible communications community, redefine professionalism and promote joyful business. I believe that part time doesn’t mean part qualified and that communications can be a creative, fun, inspiring and joyful way to express yourself and connect with other people.
