Yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing techniques to help you work well.

After burning out in my 20s, I retrained as a yoga teacher and now combine my experiences to offer workplace wellbeing workshops for your business.

Corporate wellbeing is a proven way to reduce stress, improve physical health and increase morale at work.

My approach is rooted in a desire to make yoga and wellness accessible and easy to do as part of everyday life. I am a confident facilitator and fully qualified yoga teacher helping bring wellbeing to your business..

I believe that yoga and mindfulness can be an amazing way to make space for yourself, feel good, tune into your breath and enjoy life more.

 

My training.

I trained as a yoga teacher with Waking Minds Yoga in 2017 and 2018. This was a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) course, accredited by Yoga Alliance. I have subsequently trained in pregnancy yoga at Whitespace Studio. This training means I can include pregnant women into my general classes, as well as teach pregnancy yoga classes.

 

Speaking and writing.

From talking about the power of yoga on BBC Radio Oxford to teaching at events and festivals, I am a confident and experienced teacher and speaker on yoga and wellbeing. I also write on the topic. Please see my portfolio for examples of my work.

Events and collaborations.
